Wedding Celebrant Services

  • The Elopement

Just for you two + two witnesses.

For couples wanting something truly intimate, my elopement package is for you. Wherever you choose to say your vows, in the forest, by the sea, or at home. I’ll create a relaxed, meaningful ceremony that feels authentic, personal, and completely your own.

And if you’re after something even simpler, I also offer a legals-only package. No ceremony, just the paperwork and the required legal wording to make it official. A straightforward, lower-priced option for couples who want to keep things minimal.

What’s included?

  • Once you’ve booked me as your celebrant, we’ll set up a time to meet, either in person or over a video call (coffee, cocktail, your choice!). Together, we’ll complete the Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) the only form that needs to be lodged at least one month before your ceremony. Just bring your ID, I’ll handle the rest of the paperwork.

After BDM has registered your marriage, usually 2–3 weeks after your ceremony, I’ll also guide you through changing your last name if that’s something you’d like to do.

  • I’m always happy to catch up, whether in person, over the phone, or on a video call as many times as you need to feel confident and comfortable. Never hesitate to reach out, and feel free to ask as many questions as you like.

  • I’ll send you both a questionnaire to fill out separately. This helps me not only tell your love story but craft your entire ceremony script. It’s also how I get to know you as a coupleβ€”so if there’s a special detail or quirky moment I think you’ll love, I’ll weave it in.

My goal is for your friends and family to feel like we’ve known each other for years when I stand with you on your big day.

  • My availability for rehearsals is weekdays after 5pm and early to mid-mornings on weekends. The venue location can affect scheduling, but don’t worryβ€”we’ll work together to find a time that suits us both.

If you choose not to do an in-person rehearsal, I always book a phone rehearsal the day before your ceremony at no cost.

Please note: In-person rehearsals are an additional $150*
*Price may vary depending on location.

  • My PA equipment is cordless and top-notch, so no power is neededβ€”easy!

You’ll need to assign a friend or family member to press play for your music. Once you’ve chosen your songs, make a Spotify playlist in order:

    • Song 1: walk down the aisle

    • Song 2: signing the marriage documents

    • Song 3: walk back down the aisle

I’ve also made a pre-ceremony and after-ceremony playlist that you’re welcome to use if you like. If you have your own playlists, just send them to me, I’ll pre-download them as a backup.

I’ll arrive early to go through cues with your music person so they feel confident. Writing your song order on paper (or sending it to me to print) makes everything super smooth.

And if music is a huge part of your day, a DJ is always a great option!

  • After your ceremony, I’ll place your Souvenir Copy of the Certificate of Marriage in a safe spot for you. This is yours to keep as a memento, but it’s not your official marriage certificate. I’ll be in touch with all the next steps for how to order your official certificate so you don’t miss a thing!

Let’s get you married!
